Shipping Policy :​

– We offer shipping within India on all products. We currently ship products only within India.

– We dispatch your order in approximately 8-10 business days after order confirmation

– The general delivery timeline is 1 to 5 business days after dispatch depending on your location

– Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier companies or postal services.

– Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorized, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.

– We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.

– Products will be delivered to the address mentioned by the customer while placing the order. We will not be responsible for delivery delays in case an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

– Your order will be completely refunded if it is lost or un-delivered. Shipping charges if any will be deducted from the refund amount.

– Shipping time and shipping charges might vary depending on the product.

– We do not accept Returns because of the nature of the products. It is specially customised as per your requirement.

– Do not worry. Our representative will guide you from the beginning till the delivery of your order. We discuss all details of product with you. Since we work on your order after your consent on all fronts, there should never be a situation you will need to return the products.

Payment Terms :

– Minimum 50% Advance Payment is mandatory on confirmation of your order for most of the products.

– Our representative will be in touch with you over calls, Whatsapp and Email. Our representative will keep you updated about the progress of your order along with the photos. Once your order work is complete, we will send you the photos to verify and confirm.

– After seeing the photos you will need to make the balance payment and we will dispatch your order immediately.

– Please understand that minimum 50% advance payment is needed in this industry so as to avoid cancellations.

Cancellation Policy :

– You can cancel your orders only before you make the advance payment.

– Once you confirm your order and make the advance payment, we immediately start working on your order.

– If you cancel the order after making the advance payment we will not be in a position to refund your amount.

– You can always check with us if we have started working on your order. In rare cases if we have not started working on your order we might provide you a full or partial refund solely based on our discretion.

– Please understand that this is to avoid cancellations. Cancellation is not possible because the products are specially made, personalised or customised as per your requirement.
